Lithuanian teams triumphed in „Kaunas Cup 2016“
The third Autumn in a row „Tornado“ basketball school together with sporting events agency „Tstar“ organized international youth basketball tournament „Kaunas Cup 2016“. 24 teams, 15 from them from foreign countries participated in this one of the biggest basketball tournament in Lithuania. Within three days almost 350 basketball players showed the subtleties of basketball.
The highlight of Spanish basketball at „Talent Camp 2016
June 24th – 30th fifth international youth basketball camp “Talent Camp 2016” will be held in Kaunas. Organizers invited boys born in 2000 – 2001 and 2002 – 2004 to improve their individual basketball skills. Together with Lithuanian coaches, Spanish basketball specialist Jorge Lorenzo Calvo will work at “Talent Camp 2016”.
BC Lulea enjoyed basketball in Lithuania!
June 2 – 7 BC Lulea (Sweden) visited Lithuania. Lulea is a city called the basketball capital of Sweden. There are both men and women’s teams playing at all basketball levels.
TuSLi U16 preparation for playoffs ended in Kaunas
Berlin TuS Lichterfelde U16 team the first time came to Kaunas last year to participate in the international yout basketball tournament Kaunas Cup 2015. Then they met a lot of equal opponents and won bronze medals. After that, TuSLi decided to come back to Lithuania in spring to play few tough games and finish preparation for playoffs.
Sandvika BBK had a basketball camp in Kaunas
March 22nd – 26th basketball team Sandvika (Norway) visited Kaunas. For friendly games before playoffs Sandvika BKK few years in a row choose Kaunas city.
